Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where supported; any additional import charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Replacements
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can issue return instructions and an RMA. Items must be unused and returned in the original box and protective packaging. If an order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund and provide a prepaid return label when required; for returns not related to damage or defect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days).
